NRCS-EQIP Building Projects

The Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) is a voluntary program that provides financial and technical assistance to agricultural producers through contracts up to a maximum term of ten years in length. These contracts provide financial assistance to help plan and implement conservation practices that address natural resource concerns and for opportunities to improve soil, water, plant, animal, air and related resources on agricultural land and non-industrial private forestland. In addition, a purpose of EQIP is to help producers meet Federal, State, Tribal and local environmental regulations.

Hoop Beef System,LLC® has been actively helping our customers design and build Hoop Beef System® buildings using the NRCS-EQIP cost-sharing program for many years now.  The EQIP program is a unique program that can be greatly beneficial to you and your goal of addressing environmental concerns by building a deep bedded Hoop Beef System for your cattle.

As with all governmental cost share programs it is very important to fully investigate the positives and the negatives associated with EQIP.  Our goal is to help you determine if EQIP is right for you, help you work with your local NRCS office to apply for the program and then to work with you at every step of the way to make your project a success.

We are proud to say we have successfully completed 38 EQIP cost share projects in 4 states since 2006.  We are confident in our ability to work with all of the government entities involved and our ability to make the process as simple as possible for you.

Call today if you would like to tour an EQIP project we have done near you or if you would like us to begin working with you and your project.  If you are considering an EQIP NRCS cost share project make us your first call, you will be glad you did.
